Code of Conduct
The Art Space aims to be a safe and comfortable place where aspiring and established artists alike can come and nurture their passion for creativity, while learning new skills and grow as artists. To that end, it’s of the utmost importance that everyone who participates in a class, workshop, camp, or other program at The Art Space abides by our Code of Conduct:

-
We welcome everyone at The Art Space, regardless of background, ethnicity, economic status, gender identity or sexual orientation and everyone at The Art Space is expected to treat one another with courtesy and respect, including students, staff, and instructors. Bullying and disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
-
We allow bottled water and light snacks that don't leave crumbs or a mess. Please be mindful that we teach children in the studio, so please do not bring any food that contain nuts or peanuts.
-
Please clean up after yourself at the end of every class and whenever you complete one task or project and move on to another.
-
Students are expected to respect the property of The Art Space, including our furniture and fixtures and any tools or materials they are provided for use during a class or other program.
-
There is to be no consumption or possession of alcohol, cannabis, or illicit drugs at The Art Space studio or property. Any students who arrive suspected to be under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or illicit drugs will be sent home.

Thank you very much for your understanding, and we look forward to teaching you or your child(ren) at The Art Space!
