Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a class registration, we understand! Please contact us by email at theartspacefallriver@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your class start time, and we'll refund your course fee to the same method of payment you use, less a $10 cancellation fee. Unfortunately we're not able to offer refunds on cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice.

Missed Classes

No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. If you would like to book a make-up class, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

Memberships

Monthly memberships (such as for our Individual Art Mentorship) auto-renew monthly unless cancelled by the customer before the next renewal. Each monthly renewal provides you with 2 or 4 credits (depending on which package you select) to book sessions. Annual memberships do not auto-renew. You can book your sessions through the website; if you need help either with booking sessions or cancelling your membership, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
